Graphic card went all wrong.

Hi, and thank you for your help.

First problem: My graphic card went wrong, when i conect it to my pc it wont go ON, so i thought the GC was broken... But it wasnt. I power up the pc and then conected the graphic card, and after a few minuts, it goes ok. Now i'm afraid to shut down my pc, because that will be the only way to power it up again.

Second problem: i didnt knew it was an MSI graphic card, but it was detected as a GeForce GT 430, that could be one problem.

third problem: i cant aford to get another graphic card : (

What do you mean when you say you powered up your PC first, the connected graphics card? For your second question the card is an MSI branded card, whereas Geforce GT 430 is the model GPU made by Nvidia.

when i say i power up the pc i mean "clicking ON", just that, but to make it work i need to click "on" with the graphic card disconected, then i need to conect the GC in the pc or it wont work.

You're connected the GC into the motherboard while it's running? Or do you mean the PSU cables?
