Graphic card won't fit case options?

My graphic card which is a gigabyte radeon r9 270x can't fit into my antec 900 is there anything i can do?

What exactly its obstructing it, if it's a 3.5" bay (where HDDs go) you could cut the one that's interfering with your video card.

right before the hdds go there is this big black part attached that has a circular cut into it
