Question Graphic card

i had purchased a graphics card and there are only two ports in this graphic card. a dms 59 port and a port i think its a s-video port. so how to connect it with my vga port monitor.

PC Part Picker has 4,762 GPUs in its database currently. Do we have to guess them blind one-at-a-time or can we ask for clues like a game of 20 Questions?
