Graphic card's problem or something else??

When i play games like counter strike and age of empire, it's lagging all the time.And i have tested with both of my graphic cards geforce 2 pro 64mb and geforce fx5200 128mb. It just have the same problem, what's wrong with my computer?
My computer setting is Motherboard: Gigabyte i845E,CPU: Pentium 4 2.0GHz, Graphic card: Geforce 2 pro 64 mb, Harddisc: Western Digital 80 gb, 2 mb cache
Plz help me!!! I really need help

Don't take this the wrong way, okay? The FX5200 is complete UTTER CRAP, that SUCKS. Please, for the good of mankind return it if you can. If you're just getting low framerates, you just need a faste videocard.

I think i find the problem. My harddisc got 7800kb/s in sisoftsandra 2003 and a 80 gb, 2mb cahce harddisc should get 25000kb/s in driver index. What shall i do, is it wrong with the motherboard or harddisc?
