building a new pc for a friend mainly photoshop and a some illustrator

Mid range system

Prob aiming for 1500x - 1600x + a 580


By my understanding, GPU is higher usage for graphics than CPU
Currently aiming for

B350 mobo
16gb 3000mhz ram
1500x ryzen
rx 580 gpu
SSD + HDD
Cm 650 PSU

Works? or need to reallocate some funds
