Hi Guys.
I'm looking forward to build a high performance desktop PC for Graphic Design+Multitasking. I'll run Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, Browser with addons, Camtasia/Cyberlink PowerDirector for Recording and Producing videos. Not looking for GPU right now, because I don't want to play games at this point of time.
Please, give suggestions about this build: Pros and Cons.

Intel® 7th Generation Core™ i7-7700K Processor
COOLER MASTER HYPER 212X CPU COOLER
Gigabyte GA-Z270M-D3H Motherboard?
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz
Western Digital 1TB 3.5" BLUE HDD WD10EZEX
SAMSUNG 960 EVO 250GB M.2 NVME SSD?
Antec VP550P V2 EC 550 WATT Power Supply 82% Efficiency
Antec GX200 Mid Tower Window Gaming Casing
Asus DRW-24D3ST 24x DVDRW SATA

Will that MOBO suffice my needs? I'll get another 8GB RAM when the price comes down in my region, Dhaka, BD.

And what about the this GPU: Sapphire Nitro Radeon RX 460 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card? Is it a good enough GPU to have at this moment?

Thanks in advance.

So from this I will take it that the budget is approx. 85k taka. Here is the revised build

Replaced the mobo, the MSI has better features and thermals.

Replaced the SSD, the 960 is nice but better to put the money towards the RAM.

Added RAM to make 2 X 8GB. Honestly, this is the bare min for graphic design. Really should be looking at 32GB or even 64GB.

Changed the GPU to a 1050 Ti 4GB. It is good to have a little more VRAM and a bit better card.

Changed the PSU, it is much better quality (tier 2) and is not that much more.

Price went up overall but I believe that it is worth it.
