Question Graphic Designer and Video help

Hello everyone! I am new to graphic design and photo and video but I know enough to realize that my system might not be at its best yet for all that color wheel stuff and designs.

I am mainly worried about my monitors and are they good enough to output colors at their closest areas? Or should I conisder something else? Also, I dont know what cables would be best to hook these guy's up. I think I've been using the wrong or not best cables since I've had them and now that I'm getting smarter on the size of screen and resolutions, I want to make sure I have the best cables possible.

Below you will find what I'm running. I have 2 LG ultrawise I think 25 inch displays, or they're the 29 inch, not sure but that's what I have for model.

In your parts list, the Thortech PSU is something that isn't inspiring. More like you need to change that unit out. Pertaining to the monitor, the system has a GTX1070 in it, which can drive two displays without an issue. The thing is, you forgot to mention the model for the LG Ultrawide monitors. We can look at them and see if they are good at color representation.

I don't see the model number on the displays anywhere. What is Thortech PSU? I bought this computer off amazon already built. Is the GTX 1070 even a good card or could I do better?
