graphic glitches in shaddow of the mordor

i am playing shadow of the mordor on 1080p with all maxx out except textire filtering is set to 2gb which is my gpu memory (medium), getting 60 to 55 fps but the problem is i get
graphical glitches after 5 minutes covers up th whole screen cant play more than 5 minutes
this happens in watch dogs also

what's your GPU max temp when gaming?

What's your graphics card?

What's your graphics card and are you using a beta driver or WHQL driver?

drivers are upto date they are WHQL
i think its because of the heat my heatsink fan locks are broken i have just put the fan above the cpu
gpu is gtx 660 2gb
8gb ram

GPU sounds like the issue, those games are very GPU intensive currently. As long as the fan works and is pushing enough air through the heatsink it shouldn't be the problem.

Also - what are the temps?

when idle cpu temp shows 64.3 average
gpu temp show 60.0 average
i am using HWINFO32 for temp
computer becomes very hot when playing these games

That's way to hot for idle! CPU sounds under load it is most certainly throttling.
