Graphic, Sound and WI-FI Netwrok Cards PCI-E installation

Hello Guys,
I'm a bit Confused and really do not understand how I will gonna install My GPU, Sound and Network cards in my Motherboard because I really do not know what is the difference between the x16, x8 ....etc and how the POWER delivery will be managed in my motherboard.
For summery, I wanna know how to install all these 3 Perfectly in my MOBO.

MOBO: Asrock Z370 Extreme4
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Mini 8GB GDDR5
Sound Card: Sound Blaster Z PCIe Gaming
Network Card :ASUS Dual-Band Wireless-AC1900 PCI-E Adapter (PCE-AC68)

The top PCIe x16 (PCIE2) takes the video card.

The lower two PCIe 3.0 x1 takes the other cards. (Short slots)

Try reading motherboard manual and looking up terminology in Wikipedia that you don't understand.
