Graphical Artifacting Issue

For a little bit now, I've been experiencing artifacting when I play World of Warcraft, which is the only game I have noticed it on. I assumed that the source of the problem would be my aging GPU, as it was used when I got it and I have been using it for a few years now. I recently got a replacement and immediately got on to see if the issue had been fixed, only to see that it still persists. Any information or possible fixes, or ideas on the source, is appreciated.

Hardware wise, I would then blame your power supply. What is the make/model of it?

You could try deleting your Cache and WTF folders, so WoW can create new ones. Sometime fixes weird performance issues.
