Graphical artifacts while gaming/video playing

Lately while playing gaming and even while playing videos through VLC/windows media player i have been getting alot artifacting and random lines and color. When Gaming its only within the game but when I open VLC and start a movie playback it happens within the VLC player but it also extends to my desktop it self. Here is a pic of it happening while trying to play orcs must die 2 .

When it happens when im doing a movie playback its usually the same type of problem but the screen also flashes and VLC sometimes just crashes and/or my entire computer screen will turn black for a little while.

I have no clue why this is happening, here are my system specs hopefully I can get some help with this.

Looks to be like a driver issue, try uninstalling your drivers and then reinstalling them.

Everything else seems fine, but another thing I can suggest to do is to take out your GPU, and use your CPU graphics. If the issue is still there, could be something else.
