Graphical bug in Bioshock Infinite

I've been experiencing black/grey flickering pixels while playing Bioshock Infinite. It seems to happen when lighting or an NPC interacts with certain objects. All drivers are up to date and I've tried different graphical settings and many of the fixes on the PC Gaming Wiki to no avail.

Hardware:
GPU - AMD r9 390
CPU - Intel i5 4460

AMD 15.11+ drivers are the problem. Rolling back to 15.7 fixed it.
