Graphical Errors Issue AMD R7 265

I'm experiencing graphical errors that are seemingly random, they never happen only in one game or consistently within a certain interval they just seem to happen. That being said I'm fairly sure this is an error with the GPU however I am open to suggestions before trying to deal with an RMA that they may very well tell me isn't needed because there is nothing wrong with the card.

It could be a defective card, yes. It could also be that you need to update to the latest driver for the card. Or run something like CCleaner to get rid of most registry errors, software conflicts, and resource-wasting crap.

If you've had other gfx drivers installed in the past, you may be having driver conflicts. Run DDU from safe mode and uninstall any AMD and Nvidia gfx drivers and/or their remnants it finds: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/display_driver_uninstaller.html
Then reboot and install the latest gfx driver for your card and OS: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

If the problem returns, list your system's specs. Especially the make/model of the PSU.
