Question Graphical glitches and freezes at random

For the past couple of months I've had this on and off problem where my display either fills with artifacts or, more commonly, turns into a random solid color as if in a BSOD. Sound keeps playing and numlock still works. So far I've suspected both the RAM and the GPU, but since this problem happens at complete random I can't be sure. Also, sometimes it comes back from this dead screen state after a while and all of this happens even on boot and in BIOS.

I've tried taking the rig to a friend's and swapped the suspected parts but no setup had any freezes whatsoever (even when it was just my PC with my parts). Also ran MemTest86 but no errors showed up, though the glitches began at around test 10. Have also installed updated drivers via AMD tool. Running the case open with a fan cooling it down did nothing either. I'm not fond of buying parts to swap without being sure of what is malfunctioning, so any help narrowing it down would be very appreciated. If the HDD/SSD might be a culprit, I can get further specs.

Specs are currently:

Corsair CX650M
ASUS A320M-K Prime
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
1x XPG DDR4 2400MHz 8gb
MSI Armor GTX 1060 3gb
1x Seagate Barracuda 1tb HDD
1x Kingston 120gb SSD

There are some dim lights in the room I'm in, but I haven't noticed anything past a few burnt out LEDs... I don't have a meter currently, my sister borrowed it and I won't be able to get it in a bit. Today the PC has been running smoothly, I cleaned up my SSD a little and will be back once the problems show up again (which seem to be anytime). If it does happen again, I'll move my PC to another room and check if it'll run. Thanks!
