Question Graphical glitches while playing

While playing Forza Horizon 4 for about an hour to 2 hours i notice stuff happen like the snow will turn red or the road texture turns black and there will be a shining red light moving around the camera. Sometimes the game even crashes! ( My gpu is the RX 590 8GB ). And yes i have updated all my drivers and tried reinstalling them and no there is not a heat issue. Maybe i should reinstall Forza?
