Graphical gltich in games 2400g

Grapjical issue when fullscreens in league of legends and some games. Only when using direct x 10. Tried installing drivers :/ I'm lost. I just bought a new motherboard and CPU and its all that running on it right now. Idk maybe a fresh install of windows might help but i really rather not

Updating window 10 to 1803 resolves the issue
