Graphics and sound cards not recognized

Hello,
My new asus m4n68t-m motherboard is not even seeing that I have my graphics card and sound card installed, I have tried everything I can find to fix this and nothing has worked.

did you put the driver for these card,also try detect new material in control panel

Drivers are installed, I did figure out the sound card, it wasn't plugged in completely. I will try that.

I'm not finding detect new material, are you talking about add a device? Because I tried that.

did you find something on the graphic card in add a device and could you see it in the device on computer

I could not find any unknown or anything, the graphics card is completely unrecognized.

you will have to take it out to see if there is something mark on it to find the model and maker,you could write these details here if you need more help

the graphics card is ati radeon x1950xt, I got it to recognize that an unknown device is there but I can't get it to update, it fails everytime.

I already installed both of those, I even uninstalled and reinstalled them to make sure
