Question Graphics bonkers after last update and shutdown.

Games are completely unplayable now. After the last 'update and shutdown' I get the 'du du du du' noise frequently, the one you usually get when your resolution changes. It freezes for a second and then goes again. I sometimes get it four or five times in a row and the display freezes for four or five seconds in a row. Anyone else running into anything like this since the last windows update in the last few days?

Seems to be repeatable fairly consistently when I move my mouse left and right.

Updating drivers to see if that helps. When I opened geforce experience, it seemed to want to do an update.
