Graphics card £150-£200

Hey, I'm going to Uni this September and I wanted to get a new graphics card ready for upcoming games (BF3). I'm using a 4870 X2 at 1920x1200 for mostly everything at the moment, I only want to spend around £150-£200 on it as I'll probably not even get to use it that much. I was thinking between the HD6950 2GB, HD6870 or the GTX 650/Ti. Any ideas on other cards or if it's even worth spending yet?

i5 2500K, 8GB 1600Mhz, Asus P8P67 LE
