Question Graphics card 3070 hdmi port not working along with usb ports on my MPG 2390 Mother board.

I just Put this rig together today i can power up just fine, fans come on on my 3070, but i get no picture with hdmi port on GPU, along with my mother board, my usb's on my mother board wont register my mouse along with the case usb's. Please Help!
