Question Graphics card 750ti 2gb Unable to Load Fan Kicks,Why?

Earlier it was working fine...
But now I don't why?
Graphics card not working when putting on motherboard.
Cpu fan running fast ,graphics card fan running...
No display... No lights on keyboard, mouse.
Why my pc turning on , each time when I eject the CMOS battery and ram. After putting back on place the CMOS battery and ram it's working fine.
When restarting it's not working...
I have to repeat this process again... Eject battery.......
I don't why, pc without graphics card... It's working fine... Restarting is fine too. I don't have to do the above process...

Well I bought it from AliExpress... Back in 2018

try using another cable to connect the gpu to the monitor.

is there another pc where you could test if the gpu would work there?
