Hi I have this pc that I built and i want a better graphics card than the one i have now for $80 or less.

Current specs
MSi H81M-P33 Mother Board
Intel Pentium G3240 Dual Core @ 3.1Ghz
4gb Crucial Ballistix Ram
Radeon R5 220 Graphics Card
EVGA 500w Power Supply

The r7 250X is way to go just 80$ nice decent gpu and can handle games on 1080p low to med settings.

Personally I would look into second hand. GTX 660Tis go for around 70-80 in ebay.
