Graphics card Adapter

I have been doing a bit of research on graphics cards and I was wondering, is there any way to get a female PCIe to male usb adapter? I have access to lots of graphics cards but I cant use them. I am looking for a PCIe x 16 female to put in a graphics card and then have that go to usb, external power is fine with me. any ideas?
