Graphics card advice- not a gamer

Please forgive the following stupid questions.

I just purchased a new PC with Core 2 Quad Processor Q8400 at 2.66 GHz, 4 GB memory, 1 TB HD, running W7 Home Premium 64 bit. So far, so good, except it only has Integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100. I will use this PC solely for business but I am in printing and will be opening large graphics files. I do not edit video or otherwise rely on any motion-intensive graphics. Do I need a dedicated GPU for general web surfing, heavy e-mailing, and typical business use? If so, which card would you recommend? I will never play games on this machine.

A cheap card might help with Windows 7; Aero can really hurt chipsets, especially one from Intel.

I'd go with something like a Radeon HD4650. It's $50, is quiet and uses very little power.

well a graphics card tends to smooth things like big web pages and graphics files so an ati 4550 would be fine or higher a 4650

I don't think you'll need a gfx card.
But If you want one then get ATI Radeon HD4650 512MB DDR3.
