Graphics Card Advice

I currently have a :-
CPU - Intel i7 930
Motherboard - Gigabyte X58A-UD3R
GPU - Zotac GT 240

I look forward to upgrading to a better GPU but I am having problems. I want one within the Rs.15k price range.

Could probably get something like a r9 270x.
That i7 shouldnt bottle neck it im 99% sure on that.

The r9 270x can run basically every game medium to high settings at 1080p

An AMD r9 380 is best for that price range. Other options are GTX 960, GTX 950, r9 280X

I checked it out, price too high (Rs. 17,000), plus I have a 650W SMPS which I think will make it but from what I heard from my brother (Owns R9 270X) that it make a lot of noise. Is ASUS Strix GTX 950 a better option for Rs. 14,500?

Yeah it has lesser memory performance but better performance overall and it can be overclocked and draws 90W
