My current GPU is a EVGA Geforce GT-740 SC (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/26nH8d). The monitor i use (My TV Actually) Only has HDMI(Full Size) and VGA Ports on it, while that GPU doesnt have VGA, and only HDMI(Mini Size). Is there any type of connector I can buy to make it work with my TV, or do I need to buy a compatible GPU? And if so what should I get thats a fairly cheap option.

Solution
Your GPU has mini-HDMI (digital), DVI-I (digital and analog), and DVI-D (digital) output ports. For your TV with an HDMI (digital) and VGA (analog) input ports, you can use any of the following cables for digital signal:

Mini-HDMI-to-HDMI cable: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-High-Speed-Mini-HDMI-HDMI-Cable/dp/B014I8UEGY

or

Thank you for the information. Do you know if one or the other would give me better quality?

Same quality, no issues there. Going with the mini HDMI -> HDMI would allow you to pass audio to the TV if that's something you wanted to do. DVI does not support audio pass through. But unless you're interested in audio just get whatever's cheapest.
