Question graphics card and power supply

You want a 500w or higher capacity unit for use with an RX 570. 450w is not sufficient unless it's an extremely high quality model. Even then, I would prefer to see something more like a 550w model that can handle spikes and a small amount of potential over current which these AMD cards are getting to be known for, although usually on higher end models.

Regardless, this would probably be the least expensive, relatively ACCEPTABLE option right now. Keep in mind, power supplies and a lot of other PC hardware is in historically short supply right now after having had China shut down for the last few months. Since that's where it all comes from, obviously supply is much lower than demand, especially since almost everybody has been stuck at home and upgrading or building new systems.
