graphics card and psu

this is my current PC build: MD Frontier MA08A-2-BK no PSU;Intel Core i5-4460 3,2G/6M; DDR3 8GB 1600C11 Crucial; MSI B85-G41 PC MATE ATX; 2gb MSI GT640 PCI-e; 1TB WD Blue SATA3 7200 64MB;EVGA SuperNOVA 550; Windows 8.1 64bit.

will my psu be enough for the r9 380 4g?
Is XFX a good brand? MSI version is not in stock(amazon) atm, is it worth waiting for it?

Yes the psu is enough for a 380, XFX is a decent brand.

describe decent? well would msi be any different in performance i mean. i personally like the msi version more because it fits my builds color: black and red.

I have used XFX cards before with no issues. For AMD gpus I tend to prefer Sapphire.
