Graphics card and sound

i want to connect my tv to my pc using component cables, what im not sure about is sound do i need to connect my graphics card x1900xtx to my sound card XFI elite pro and what type of cable would i use to do this? or do i need to run sound cables separately from my sound card direct to tv?

If you are using component cables then you will need to run a separate sound line from your PC to the TV because component cannot carry sound without a seperate set of red and white RCA plugs.
