May I ask if I should be worry about this since the System panel Wires is sticking to my GPU card http://i.imgur.com/yOfm7BW.jpg

will this cause anything or any problem at all?

Solution
Ideally you do not want it touching. The reason is the vibration from the fan in the GPU can cause chafing to the wire insulation. While this will take quite some time to cause issues in the end it can cause problems. Will it hurt it immediately? No it wont. Will it hurt electrical flow immediately? No it wont. What can it do over time? It can cause the insulation covering the wire to chafe exposing the copper strands, cause the copper strands inside the insulation to break potentially causing a full break inside the insulation that will be hard to find, and worst case cause expose the copper strands and cause a short circuit and or fire.

Thanks for replying, but will there be any problems with the electricity like a circuit or something i dont have any knowledge on this electricity thing so Im a bit worried since the wires is touching to the graphics card

Thanks for replying and well-explained , is there anyway I can Fix this issue ? like putting an electrical tape or something my graphics card is pretty big (Palit Stormx Dual 2gb) and my motherboard is asrock 88Gm-le and I Cant buy any new hardware yet due to short budget

No there really is nothing you can do at the moment. That motherboard was mostly designed for a single slot GPU. This would make the GPU thinner, not so much shorter, and keep it away from the Front panel header. This was a just a poor design from ASRock. The issue is that on micro-ATX boards you do not have a lot of room for the SATA connections and the front panel header.

BTW you had a typo on the model number, it is a 880GM-LE board, no biggie lol, I had already looked it up because I could see the model number on the BIOS chip in the pic you posted.

GG, lol Thank you soo much for your help well I guess the only thing I have to do is just keep the motherboard for now and replace my 750ti to 1050ti Palit single fan i've been wanting to upgrade my GPU for a long time will that be perfectly enough so that the problem will be solved ?

It will need to be either a single slot card, meaning the card only takes up one slot and not two, or it needs to be short so it doesn't reach the front pannel header.

You can take a measurement from the rear of the case to the header to find out how short it needs to be if it is not a single slot card. Most GPU's that are capable of gaming are dual slot cards to accommodate the extra thick heat sink to keep it cool.

From the looks of the GTX 1050ti single fan GPU's they will fit with out interfering with the front panel header.

Noted. Gonna start saving up soon and again thank you very much
