Graphics Card Artifacting

I have been affected by awful Artifacting in Youtube, Games and even things like the File Explorer, I have been in contact with MSI and I sent back the card and they said there was nothing wrong with it, but i think they didn't test it long enough because the artifacting can be very intermittent but also very annoying. The irritating thing is the warranty runs out in about a month so after that they can't help me at all. The Artifacting is mainly just Blocks on the screen however there are some other artifacting issues such as stretching etc. My Graphics card has never exceeded 75 Degrees which is a perfect temperature so no over heating. The Graphics card is not overclocked or underclocked at all, all stock settings. Latest drivers and even tried the Beta Drivers. I have searched for months for someway to fix this and I'm getting nowhere with MSI because despite us giving a lot of information they keep asking questions we have already answered like "where do you experience the issues?", which is ridiculous because we had already explained that they were occurring in a range of areas.
I would really appreciate any help as this shouldn't be happening and I spent £150 on the Card and am really irritated. Thanks!

R9 280 MSI Gaming 3GB Edition
500GB Western Digital Hard drive
CNPS5X Performa CPU Cooler
CiT Vantage Plus Case
2 x Corsair ValueSelect DDR3 1600MHz 4GB RAM

try this remove the gpu and clean all the little copper connector gently with a eraser ,you could also try to use another gpu for test to see if you have those artefact .
