Graphics card black screen

With Lenova H430 with AMI Aptio motherboard I5 2320 8gigs of ram. Why is my graphics card black screen with only gpu description and then a few seconds later latters disappear from the description.

whats the detail warning you said you getting on your screen? "only gpu description" can you tell us whats the message you are getting?
