Question Graphics Card/ black screens/HDMI Help!?!

(FIRST TIME BUILDING )Running: XFX Radeon RX 5700 8 GB DD Ultra Video Card. Problems with HDMI port, when I turn my pc it goes black screen. First time I turned it on it worked then when I installed the drivers, and restart my pc, That's when I got the black screen. Hopefully, someone can help me.

2. Asus TUF B450-PLUS GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard

From the amd driver release notes (last one released 27/1/2020):

It`s not still fixed, and nobody know when it will be done.
I have the same problem on my 5700 xt red devil (mostly when quit the game).

Could you stick this thread on the top so everybody see it?
There are too many useless threads about this problem without any real solution.
