Which brand graphics card is cheap and best Nvidia Geforce GT-740 - 2GDR5......? Like Ganiward, Zotac,.......

There's no much difference as most of cards are OEM and offer the same performance unless they're pre-overclocked etc. The only benefit of some brands is if they release the card with their own improved cooling system. It's worth comparing warranty on them as some brands offer longer warranty than others. I personally prefer to buy cards from brands such as EVGA , ASUS , Gigabyte but there's nothing wrong buying other cheaper brands.
