Question Graphics Card Broken/Help

Hey guys!
Sooo apparently my GFX card stopped working.. I have 2 monitors and the one plugged into the back of my card isnt working but the one plugged into my motherboard is(I understand that the one is using the video card from my motherboard). Anyways ive taken out my gfx card and re plugged in everything and it worked for about 5 minutes before losing signal. The fan on my gfx card is still spinning so i know there is power. I currently have a zotac geforce gtx 1060 3gb mini. I wanted a second input before I go and buy a new gfx card and motherboard.

Also my gfx card does not show up under my device manager, it did at one point until i tried to reinstall the drivers

try re installing the graphics driver 4 ur card before anything and if that doesnt work then i guess take out the battery thats on ur mobo for 15 sec then put it back in (is round shaped disk like )if this doesnt work its probably broken and ull have to bite the hardest bullet of them all or another person could help out in ur situation cuz thats all i could help u with srry.

but y buy a new mobo though ._.
