Graphics card buzzing noise - problem/no problem?

I have a Radeon HD 7870 GHz edition from XFX in my PC build that is about a month old now. It's running great, with no signs of heat problems at all, but it does produce an odd buzzing noise under load. It's only audible if I actually put my ear right up next to the top case vent, but it definitely only appears under load. Is this a sign of a faulty card that's going to fail on me soon, or just an annoying noise?

Since computer parts make all sorts of noises under load, I am going to say prob just an annoying sound. How do you know it's not your CPU fan or something else?

Sounds like coil whine, it isn't harmful just annoying.

It's definitely not my CPU fan since it only occurs under GPU load, not if I have my CPU under full load, and I don't think it's my PSU, since it's decidedly less audible if I put my ear up to the PSU itself.
