Graphics card capability

I have a dell vostro 460 with the stock cpu, 14gb of ram and an nvidia gt 730 card. This system has windows 10 pro 64 bit. There is an nvidia update that just came out for this particular card and every time I try to update it, it keeps saying “this graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware. If there is any way I can make it go through the update it would be nice. Is there any way? Thank you for your time, have a nice day

last i heard nvidia stopped their driver support for 600 and 700 gpus in April. you might want to check that out.

Really? So If I got a 750ti in the future it wouldn’t have support?

From what i understand and someone correct me if i am wrong fermi gpus are no longer supported meaning no new driver updates will be available except
critical security updates.

750 ti is not in the list so i guess it is not included but if you want to swap your gpu for a better one you can consider something around the nvidia 960 you can find them cheap nowdays.
