graphics card capable to improve rome 2

EVGA NVIDIA GTX 750TI 1020MHZ Graphics Card.
I'm looking at this graphics card to replace my one on my alienware laptop.

Will it be capable to run rome 2 on high or higher graphics settings?

You can't install a desktop video adapter into a laptop (unless you are using an external GPU). What Alienware are you using?
