Graphics card change

GTX 770 Jetstream 4gb.

Should I upgrade my card this year or next year? I've not played any brand new games with it yet so I don't know how it will do I bought it around 2014 but I want to get the Fallout 4 coming out soon anyone think this would play a game like that with max settings smoothly without over heating alot?

CPU is I7-4770 3.50GHz but I feel like the main one to upgrade is the GPU

The GTX 770 is still an amazing gfx card. There's no reason to upgrade unless you just want to have the latest.
