graphics card choice help!!

i have a gigabyte nvida gtx 660 2gb gddr5 and iam wanting to know if the Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB is better?...as i want to play better games like witcher 3 and ryse at the moment i can play them but there choppy in places any advice would be good.

No, your current card is better, you need to look into 960, 760, or better cards to improve over what you currently have..

What are your other system specs? May be it is not a GPU issue?

Performance is limited, you can do some overclocking to improve performance, but for next level gaming you will need to consider a new build.
