so, I recently bought the nvidia geforce 610 gt, i didnt do a lot of research ( i know better, just got impatient) and am finding it very sub-par, i saw in this forum http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/346829-33-best-affordable-graphics-card-gaming#t2894253 that someone suggested http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125417 i was wondering if this is still a viable card for gaming (dont need ultra, just low-mid to mid range with 30+fps) or has it become obsolete, i dont have much to spend, so i need to find something affordable, if this isnt viable, any suggestions?

System Specs
mobo: msi ms7369
processor: AMD athlon 64 x2 5000+ 2.6ghz
RAM: 4G(2 stick kit) corsair DDR2

I would recommend spending the little bit more on the 7770

Or if you want the nVidia equivalent for that price range the 650

I would go with the 7770 if I were you. It consistently out performs the 650 in games. nVidia doesn't have a card to compete with the 7770 at the moment for that price.

Another thing to consider is the 8XXX series from AMD is going to released soon. You could wait and see if there are better similarly priced options when they come out. But if you can't wait get the 7770.
