Question Graphics card clock speeds drops when gaming. Help please

I have a laptop with i5-8265u, mx150 graphics card with 8 gb ram. Whenever i playing games I launch rivatuner and notice that my gpu clock speeds is dropping. For example, playing gta v, can run it with 60 fps, after few seconds, fps drops a lot and gpu speed drops from 1500+ mhz to 800 mhz/ 100. Please tell me a solution for it. I tried using asus tweak II gaming mode and cap the speed and 1511 mhz.

What are the GPU temps, utilization, and fan speeds when the clocks start dropping?

GPU temps are at 78-80, GPU usage is at 99-100%, the clock start droppings while start gaming, running 60 fps at first then dropping to 100mhz / 800mhz. It drops about every 5 seconds. For fan speed, can you tell me how to check it?
