look up their rated specs;
compare core speed & memory speed,
compare memory type,
compare release dates,
compare render technology offered.

if you're only using them for basic video output and not playing ≥10 year old games, it shouldn't matter which is used.
in this case the cheapest and the quietest would be the best option.
