I am looking to confirm if my current motherboard, a MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING 3X is compatible with a graphics card i am looking to purchase, a GIGABYTE Radeon RX 5700 XT GAMING OC 8G Graphics Card, PCIe 4.0, 8GB. Is there anything I need to consider before making this purchase? I currently have a 750W power supply which i believe to be sufficient.

Is there any resources available that shows compatible graphic cards with your motherboard?

Solution
It will run. it'll be at PCIe 3.0 speeds, but thats not terribly significant.

All versions of PCIe are backwards compatible, so any GPU with a PCIe x16 connector will work in any PCIe x16 slot, all the way back to PCIe 1.0.
