Graphics card compatibilities.

Okay so I searched here a bit and noticed a post that says GDDR and ram DDR doesn't matter if there different, was this correct?
Also my friend is offering me a graphics card and I was wondering if some stuff is compatible.

Sorry it worked for me when I posted but doesn't work for me either now. The model is the: 7VT600P-RZ

could you tell us exactly what card your friend is giving you? And then tell us your PSU?

Aside, yes, the card and the motherboard are perfectly compatible.

New Card is: HIS Radeon HD 4670 IceQ Video Card
PSU only gives says: Excellent XPower Switching Power Supply. Model: DR-B300ATX.
Than under it says 300w. Sorry not much detail on it.
