I built a new PC downgraded from ATX to Matx.

ASUS-M5A78L-M USB3.0 MAtx
GIGABYTE GTX650 Ti Boost 2gb
X2 DDR3 1600 corsair VENGENCE LP
H60 WaterCooler
620 powersupply
2Fan Molex Converters = extra fans since mobo only has 1 not including the CPU fan.
Windows 7
DVD Drive
500gb HDD
It has a built in video card; i believe AMD 3000???? Not too sure.
Obviously i'm not occupying the video card slot and am using the integrated one.
When ever I put the video card in; it will past post with the beep but it doesnt post on the screen; but when i remove the video card, it'll do the same thing but will post; is my motherboard not compatible with with it?
When i put the CD that came with the video card it says couldn't find a compatible chipset drive or something like that.
Yes I know it works on my other mobo
