Graphics Card Compatibility with Processor

I want to get the GeForce GTX 550 Ti Video Card. Heres the link...

I know the pcie x16 slot matches with my motherboard but i dont know if it is compatible with my processor.

Yes you are completely fine. Cards dont work because of a incompatible "cpu" a motherboard might cause that but not a CPU.
