Graphics card compatibility

hi i was wandering if anyone can help me with graphic card issue. i have a desktop, runs on intel i5-2400 3.10 Ghz processor.

PSU: iBall Sprinter - 500

Mother board: intel DH61WW (for more info just search this model on google, you will find everything)

RAM: 4GB DDR3

OS: dual booted with windows7 ultimate, and mac os x lion,

hdd: segate 1TB.

1DVD Drive from LG

i want to add a NVIDIA or any good Graphics card for my motherboard.

my motherboard has One PCI Express* 2.0 x 16 bus add-in card connector.

i dont wanna spend my money for something that dont work on my pc...

@Ashish65 i am using my pc for both gaming and rendering. i am not a gamer tough but i want games like bioshock infinite, crysis3 to run smoothly on my pc. i dont wanna spend more than 218$ on my graphics card. and i have a iBall Sprinter - 500 psu. so please suggest something that is supported by my requirement and my pc.
