Yes it is compatible as long as it has a PCIe x16 2.0 slot which your mobo does. But I have to ask why R7 250? A little bit more cash for GTX 750ti would give you massive performance over 250.

r7 250 is just 79$ whereas gtx 750ti costs 145$, I'm on a tight budget now and not a hard core gamer either so decided to go for r7 250 .. thanks for your reply
