I have the following components:

Motherboard (DDR2): Acer Veriton M41G
Processor: AMD Athlon (tm)II x2 250 3~ GHz.
Power supply: FSP-300/60 EP Bronze, 300 WATT

Will a AFox GeForce G210 1 GB DDR3 work properly?

The 210 requires a PSU of 300W so you should be fine.

Yes, it will work with your motherboard and CPU. I assume you just want a card that works, as it's too weak for just about anything except web browsing and watching videos.
